If I use rsync with --link-dest and --out-format, no output gets printed. I've
done some debugging and when I use the --link-dest, the log_item and
log_formatted functions from rsync are skipped altogether.
Example command:
rsync -H --link-dest=/tmp/test_sync/directory_a --out-format="<<CHANGED>>%i
%n%L" /tmp/test_sync/directory_a/foo.txt /tmp/test_sync/directory_b/foo.txt
Result:
The files get synced but there is no output produced.
