It would be great to be able to modify the value of --bwlimit while rsync is
already running. Perhaps with a signal sent to rsync?
Other idea:
--bwlimit-from-file=/tmp/bwlimitvalue.txt
$ echo "200K" > /tmp/bwlimitvalue.txt
