A fast look at http://rpm.pbone.net/, searching for the rssh package
for RHEL 5 and CentOS 5, shows numerous listings from various
repositories of already built and source code available RPM's. In
fact, I got the RPMforge repository to update to the lastest release a
few weeks ago.

Clean RPM's have a number of advantages over manual installations,
especially in assuring that installations don't conflict with each
other.
