    [NTOS:MM] Stop using PD_COUNT, PDE_COUNT and PTE_COUNT (#2294)
    
    Directly use PPE_PER_PAGE, PDE_PER_PAGE, PTE_PER_PAGE constants from 
hardware-specific MM headers instead
