There will be release notes for the Fedora update, you might like to find them and read them. They'll indicate what has been changed by the update, and I'm sure you'll find that the files that have been changed by the update will include those in your list. Of course there will be many more which are not on your list and which rkhunter doesn't flag. If you know where your system stores the downloaded package archives then you can look directly in the archives and see the files there.
