There are a lot of ways to get rkhunter onto your machine:

1) download rkhunter to your local machine and then transfer it to
your server (by FTP/SFTP/SFTP/netcat/etc./etc.)
2) copy the URL of the download that SourceForge offers you and then
use wget or curl to download it when logged in on your server
3) open a (text)browser when logged in on your server get it that way

The location at Internap for rkhunter 1.3.0 is
http://internap.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/rkhunter/rkhunter-1.3.0.tar.gz
