I've just checked the ASF records and George Petasis is now officially
listed in the project roster as Apache Tcl chair. Please congratulate
with George on his new role.

which worked as a guide to me in this role. Furthermore George you're
now also supposed to subscribe to board mailing list and this is
something you should do yourself by sending the customary message to
