I tried to install one of the packages you have prepared for newer
ubuntu versions (by downloading & installing from the file), and for
some unknown reason, it worked :-)

and when they create a new release they freeze the
version of rivet into it. I tried to force a synch of rivet on
Vivid to a more recent version but I was unsuccessful.
More recent rivet packages are linked to Tcl 8.6 but in
any case avoid rivet 2.2.1
