1. Yes, could be used for conference calls too; however,
a) Can be used like an intercom between family members or someone who
has multiple secretaries
This is possible already.
Strange as it did not work between an Android smartphone and a Linux
computer.
b) A Help Desk so that the calls can be taken by any number of
people; however, people calling in only call the one Ring username
Would someone calling help desk be redirected to any available help
desk person? It sounds fairly simple to implement if it doesn't work
this way already.
2. Having one and the same Ring username contacts will be up-to-date
on all devices
I haven't tested this personally, but I am tempted to say this is the
current behaviour.
Contacts have been added and accepted on the Linux compute, while the
Android smartphone say "Contact request sent". The Android contacts seem
to be not yet accepted and hence can not call.
Please advise if you require a better explanation.
Thank you

Hello,
Please advise how to call between two or more devices with the same
Ring username?
Do you mean a conference call?
If this is not the place to ask such a question, would you please
advise where this question should be posted.
Thanking you in advance
If anything, I could test these Tuesday when I have access to more
computers.
Hope this helps,
