Hi, I am just starting a new job where SIP is used, specifically a server called onsip.com. I haven't been able to get Ring to work with it so I emailed their support and they replied: "Sorry, but due to a lack of authentication user and outbound proxy, at this point the app will not work with OnSIP."
I do see an outbound proxy in their settings panel, but not a separate field for authentication user. Is this supported, or planned to be supported? I am a SIP noob so I'm not even sure if I'm asking the right questions. -- /Collin
