[Ring] Exporting my account (for sharing it on multiple devices) fails on Ubuntu 16.04 (Ring built on 2016-11-10 05:54:42 UTC)

I ran into a problem while trying to export my account to the DHT to share it on multiple devices. No matter which password I choose, I always get the error message "Bad password". I am using a fresh install of Ring (built on 2016-11-10 05:54:42 UTC) on Ubuntu 16.04.
