If you use myfaces (2.2.1 or current 2.2.2-SNAPSHOT), Richfaces 5 (Alpha3 or
current-SNAPSHOT) is not able to load its css-resources correctly.
If you use current mojarra implementation (2.2.5) all resources load without
any complications.
A testcase (mavenproject) is attached. Within the pom.xml you can change the
jsf implementation.
You can start the testcase with the following URL:
http://localhost:8080/jsftest22/pages/richfacesskintest.jsf
