We are hiring a Lead - SAP Security resource for one of our migration
projects. Please find the JD of the position given below and let me know if

*Overview*

The SAP Lead Security Resource is responsible for designing and
implementing SAP security strategy and solutions that meet the needs of the
organization. The primary role of this position is to provide technical
leadership and guidance for the development and implementation of security
across SAP systems.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Develop and maintain the SAP solution architecture for the organization,
ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
Provide comprehensive SAP Security/GRC design, system analysis and full
lifecycle project management.
Hands on experience leading all stages of SAP Security/GRC development
efforts, including requirements definition, design, architecture and support
Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining SAP security concepts and
strategies (role design, profile generation, authorization objects, etc.)
and operational administration,
SAP experience within a large organization implementing and supporting GRC
solutions, Roles for Fiori, ongoing controls, Role administration across
multiple landscapes
Design, implement and maintain security on SAP systems and applications,
including all components such as databases, servers, software, and hardware.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements
and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide guidance and support to other IT staff members, including
developers, administrators, and analysts.
Stay up-to-date with new SAP technologies and trends, and provide
recommendations for their adoption.
Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that the SAP environment is
integrated with other systems and applications in the organization.

*Qualifications:*

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP security solution design and
implementation.
Minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle S/4 Migration experience
Experience in Structural Authorizations and experience working with
Decentralized Organizations/companies.
Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP
BW, SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Experience in SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP, Agile, and
Waterfall.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks,
such as TOGAF or Zachman.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively with business stakeholders, IT staff, and vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
*SAP certification is a plus.*
