We're still 11 weeks away from 24.02, we usually would even have 2 releases in that time :D Personally I think given how "far" away that is and looking at https://kde.org/announcements/changelogs/gear/23.08.4/ that having a .5 would be good (assuming it's not a lot of work for us/you).
