I'd like to propose reverting
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kservice/-/commit/24e081686d5a444adc6826b70268af50cf60470c
in the kservice tarball for the upcoming Frameworks 5.77 release. This
commit is causing significant performance issues for some people:

The issue is under investigation and I have confidence that it will be
resolved soon. However this will likely not be soon enough for
frameworks 5.77. Accordingly, I would like to propose that we revert
that commit from the tarball to avoid shipping a regression in 5.77, but
keep it in the repo to facilitate further debugging.
Does this seem like a sensible idea?
