Is the Frameworks 5.64.0 still happening today?

Hi,
is the Frameworks 5.64.0 announcement still happening today? We're ready to 
announce OpenMandriva 4.1-alpha (which already has Frameworks 5.64.0) -- but of 
course don't want to beat KDE at releasing Frameworks ;)
