Nope - DHCP server just hands out IP addresses on your network. The original
poster wants NAT (Network Address Translation), which makes his computers
running on his internal network (192.168.100.xxx) visible through one
"Internet" IP address.

He needs ip fowarding, possibly the relevant forwarding statements in his
iptables firewall with the relevant stuff he wants to open up, and nat
commands in his iptables.
