The default icon used to open your browser invokes a shell script
called htmlview. This script launches the Mozilla browser by
default. To change that default browser to Netscape just create a file
called .htmlviewrc in your home directory and add this line to it:

X11BROWSER="/usr/bin/netscape"

For more info you can read the comments at the beginning of the
script. Just type:
less /usr/bin/htmlview
