These are not Apache webserver logs. If you are seeing them in your Apache
webserver logs, you probably have filesystem corruption.

You should normally see these in your system log (where they belong). They
are cron processess. In this case, you are running mrtg, sar, and the
RedHat cron.hourly cron jobs.
