Erase kdesdk-devel-2.2.2-1 and try again.

The original kdesdk-devel package and the 2.2.2-1 erratum do not
depend on any packages other than two rpmlib capabilities. Valhalla
no longer has this package.

I doubt that. "rpm -e kdesdk-devel" and find out.
