Allow me to be picky.... setserial is not LOCATED IN one of the Red Hat init scripts, but it is USED by one of them.... there is a difference. Take a look at /etc/rc.d/rc.serial, or /etc/rc.d/rc.local. Also take a look at 'man setserial'.
