Hello All I appreciate that this is not quite the place to ask this question but if some of you out there would be willing to spend some time answering this question I would be very grateful.
In a place where I do voluntary work we have got some money to buy a pc to act as a server. We want to back up our data. Someone has suggested using software RAID but I thought that a tape drive of some sort would be more appropriate for backing up.
