In the corresponding rpm package. The daemon names are the file
names. E.g. for wu-ftpd, it would be wu.ftpd or in.ftpd (with
wu.ftpd being a link to in.ftpd). For OpenSSH, it would be sshd.

Btw, it's hosts.allow, not hosts.access.
