Running SMTP on RH 8 I have a W2K machine successfully sending email through the SMTP as a relay
Whenever I attempt to send via W98 client with Outlook 2000, I get back the response Unable to relay IP name possibly forged [192.168.10.102] My net is on 192.168.10.x I can resolve the hostname as maria.domain.com using dig I can reverse dns lookup on the IP 192.168.10.102 to return [EMAIL PROTECTED] All IP are literals - no DHCP involved. What configuration differences do I need to make to support the WIN98 clients. This has really beaten me, as both W2K and W98 are running OL 2K.
