I Installed Red_hat 8.0 on a Sony Vaio Z505 notebook with a floppy drive on the usb port and a Teac CD-Rom on the firewire port with the firewire to USB adaptor. The installation went OK. The first reboot also went OK and it was still mounting the CD-Rom. After I applied the update to the kernel and other files and rebooted I started getting the following message and thus the CD-Rom does not mount.When I run kudzu to see the devices the Teac cdrom shows in the list.
