I am currenlty running sendmail on red hat 7.3 and I am having difficulities with a change to the Domain routing table. I want sendmail to route to an internal server ( server X ) which we have setup and it is working properly. The problem we are running into is that we want to change the server ( to server Y ) that mail is routed internally too. For some reason after updating the mail domain routing table to have sendmail send to Server Y instead of Server X, mail is still being routed to the initial server ( Server X ). Have rebooted, stopped and started the sendmail service. Not too sure where to go from this point. I'm just getting started with Linux and Sendmail and would appreciate any suggestions. FYI, we are also using MailScanner. Thanks for the help.
