I am booting up in runlevel 5. Is there a reason > why the gui services tool won't allow me to save after checking xinetd > to start at boot? I'd advise runlevel 3 since RL 5 can be sig. more resource intensive. While having a pretty screen saver is "cool", it's not practical on a server since it substantially increases the load. Reminds me of the Windows admins who love running OpenGL screen savers on their NT/2k boxen because it looks pretty - yet they can't figure out why their CPU usage is near 100% all the time :-) -Rick -- Rick Johnson, RHCE - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Linux/WAN Administrator - Medata, Inc.
