Hi,

I just installed Apache 1.3.27 on a Red Hat 7.2 machine.  The index page

shows up saying that Apache is installed.  Where exactly is this
index.html?  Thanks,

Actually, /var/www/html is only if you installed from RPM, and as far as I know, 1.3.27 isn't RPMed. I have a RH 7.2 machinbe myself, and the default location (even in the httpd.conf file) is /usr/local/apache/htdocs
