I checked /var/log/cron, and it has run everyday. Also, other log files
have been rotated. It seems one of the systems needed to have logrotate
run with -f on the new config file. From the man page "Sometimes this is
useful after adding new entries to logrotate". Tomorrow I will know if
this solved the entire issue.  Well, every day you learn something new...
