Add the following lines to your /etc/apt/sources file:

# Red Hat Linux 8.0
rpm http://apt.freshrpms.net redhat/8.0/en/i386 os updates freshrpms
rpm-src http://apt.freshrpms.net redhat/8.0/en/i386 os updates freshrpms

What version of apt are you running? This should have been there from the get go..
