Wow... that brought back a lot of memories. ;-) Back in the "old days" (tm), of terminal emulators, kermit was like gold for me. Frank da Cruz at Columbia was one of the most knowledable *NIX guys I had ever dealt with. I never personaly met him, but through e-mails, he assisted me many times. He's a real nice guy. A true professional. I haven't had a real need for it these days, but I know it is still widely used. Custom UNIX software in many industries rely heavily on it. Anyways, thanks for the flash back!
