modify ifcfg-eth0 and ifcfg-eth1 - if you have it
and set 
IPADDR=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
NETMASK=255.255.XXX.XXX
BOOTPROTO=static
ONBOOT=yes
USERCTL=no

also /etc/sysconfig/network
