Hi, 

i also got this problem. 
discussing with colleagues, it seems that RH has not yet the possibility
to WRITE on NTFS partitions.
this would be possible by making a lot of modifications in the kernel
and recompile the whole, but a long task ..... 

since XP is based on both NTFS format and FAT format partition,
which access by Linux is allowed in rw, 
i made 3 partitions on my system: 
NTFS for XP, 
FAT32 for Personal Data, to share with Linux, 
Ext3 for Linux.
