Hi all I'm trying to hook up a diskless X-terminal to an RH8.0 box but can't get the tftp daemon to run even though it's supposed to start on boot. Several attempts to manually start it have also failed. It had worked fine on a RH7.1 box previously. Does anyone know what has changed in RH8 and what I have to do to get tftp daemon started at boot. I've ticked its checkbox in the services GUI dialog box but still no joy.
My second question is about the PATH environment settings. It seems to have changed a lot in RH8.0. Where do I set a system-wide PATH?
