I'm wondering if there is anyone out there running 7.3 on 64bit PCI bus motherboards. I'm looking at the Tyan THunder2500 and the HCL is less than forthcoming about it.

My real question is, are there any particular tweaks or customizations necessary to get the kernel to recognize and take full advantage of the 64bit bus?

I'm currently running a Tyan 2500 'Thunder' board with a Mylex 1100
RAID controller (64 bit x 33Mhz) under RH 7.3 and AFAIK, you don't
have to do anything special. I do roll my own kernels, but I don't
do anything special in that regard. The chipset is a ServerWorks which
isn't very flexible, but the board is rock solid. You might check the
Tyan site for a BIOS upgrade; there was at least one that I know of.
