Whats up!

I installed RedHat on my Second Harddrive on my
machine. Windows 2000 on the first Harddrive. I used
windows bootloader on the MBR using this site as my
reference!
http://www.littlewhitedog.com/reviews_other_00011.asp

Everything worked properly. Then i decided i needed a
newer Recompile kernel to 2.4.18. But when i added it
to my lilo.conf file and ran the /sbin/lilo i got 2
errors.

Warning /dev/hdb1 is not on the first disk
Fatal: Map segement is too big,

Soo i deleted the lilo.conf file casue i thought that
it typed in somehting wrong and put it in again i got
the same too errors but when when i reboot the LILO
boat loader comes up first and lets me choose between
the WINDOWS OS and the LINUX one. And if i choose
linux it boots up normally but Then if i choose
WINDOWS the windows bootloader comes up and lets me
choose BETWEEN LINUX and WINDOWS again? Soo im
guessing both LOADERS are written to my MBR?Do you
know how to get rid of the lilo loader soo just my NT
LOADER is on again. I think both loaders are n the
MBR? Something happened when i erased the original
lilo.conf file.Becasue this is the strange part when i
chose windows from the first lilo boot prompt it takes
me to the windows loader and then asks me there if i
want to load
WINDOWS
Linux
2.4.19

And 2.4.19 is not on the first lilo boot prompt. Soo
the original lilo.conf file is still getting read from
sowmehere
And idea how to fix the rest

1>How can i get rid of those to 2 ERRORS soo i can add
my new kernel?
2>How do i just get my windows BOOT LOADER on the MBR
and not linux again like how i had it beofore? Here is
what my lilo.conf files looks like:

prompt
timeout=90
defalut=Linux
boot=/dev/hdb1
map=/boot/map
message=/boot/message
linear

image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.18-3
    label=linux
    initrd=/boot/initrd-2.4.18-3
    read-only
    root=/dev/hdb1
    append="hdc=ide-scsi"
other=/dev/hda2
    label=WindowsXP

image=/boot/bzImage
    label=2.4.19
    initrd=/boot/newinitrd-image
    read-only
    root=/dev/hdb1
    append="hdc=ide-scsi"
