One aspect of the new Redhat 8.0 I respect a great deal is the inclusion
of very easy to use tools for general workstation configuration.
However, there is one tool I think would be nice and saw it one of the
earlier release of the now gnome-setup-tools project.

The tools is a Shares administration tool that lets users import both
NFS or Samba mounts. It also lets users export both NFS shares and
Samba shares. However, the project no longer carries this tool in their
base.

Does anyone have any idea if there is such a tool planned for a future
release of Redhat or if there is already such a universal share tool
available somewhere else?

Right now, my company's division is in the middle of moving our unix
programmers over to linux as opposed to using NT2000 with Exceed. Such
a tool would be nice.

Thanks.
