Well based on a number of responses I have figured out taht Postfix is probably the easiest solution to my email monitoring issue. I have a sub-question to follow, however. If I use the always-bcc option, can there be exceptions created. For instance, this mailing list (among others) generates a great deal of volume that our network administrator certainly does not need an additional copy of.
