The error you have gotten looks like they might have botched the package dependancies (by perhaps using the same one as 7.2). I would... 1. Verify that I have the glibc-kernheaders package installed. if so.. 2. Verify that I got the glibc-devel for RH7.3 (and not an earlier version) if so... 3. File a bug report with bugzilla.
