Has anyone else noticed that j.root-servers.net appears to have changed
IPs? Or is it just me? On one machine I have an IP of 198.41.0.10, while on
another I have 192.58.128.30. When I dig for NS against, say, a.root-servers,
I get the 198.41.0.10 IP returned. Yet, if you do an nslookup of
j.root-servers.net, you'll get the 192 IP returned. What gives?
