You are in full "dependency hell".
ESP ghostscript wants libgimprint, which in red Hat 7.x is in ghostscript
itself.
However, in Red hat 8.x things changed and now libgimpprint is in a separate
rpm. So you could try downloading the gimp-print src.rpm belonging to Red
Hat 8.0 and recompiling it into Red Hat 7.x.

If you bought the cd from easysw you could try asking them for help.

If you want gimp-print rpms of Red Hat 8.x recompiled on 7.3 I can send them
to you, they should work on 7.2 too.
