I have followed detailed instructions to set up ssh between my two servers without a password but it is failing.
It may be because one is running V2.1 of ssh and the other is running v3.1 of ssh. when I try to connect with the -v option I get the following output. Any help ( apart from recommending upgrading the v2.1 because it is my production server and I don't realy want to touch it if I canhelp it) [root@jon ~]$ssh -v jon2 SSH Version OpenSSH_2.1.1, protocol versions 1.5/2.0.
