Yes, you CAN. But a couple of caveats: 1. Don't call it Red hat Linux.... they have insisted that other vendors reselling their own CD images of Red Hat not call it Red hat. Trademrk dilution issues, and also issues of which customers get free support and which don't (if you didn't buy it directly from Red hat you don't, but apparently people were buying the 3rd party copies and expecting it). 2. morally you ought to buy it from Red Hat. they put a lot of time into building the distribution and making it available. If you're selling systems containing their distribution the very least you can do is let Red hat have the few bucks they earn from a copy.
