I'm trying to get my Linux 8.0 machine to be an LVS director. It looks to me like all the LVS stuff is built into the kernel. I was wondering if anyone knows whether this is possible or if I have to build a generic linux kernel with the LVS patches or use Redhat Advanced Server Edition instead.
