Can someone tell me if this is possible and if so how. Using samba you can send win popup messages to a host by doing a "smbclient -M host -U username". Can you do a remote shutdown of a win 2000 server? I know that you can do it from another Windows 2000 or XP computer but can you do it from a linux computer using samba?
