Hi,
I have a question on multithread
performance
on the kernel
2.2.16-22.
In our application, we are
sending data to the
network at a rate of 6
Mbps and reading it from
a device
simulatneously. The process used
is VIA C3
processor. As such there is no
problem with 4 Mbps ,
but as we increase it
6 Mbps, the performance
degrades.
There are 10 threads in all
involved in delivering
this data across
network.
Is there a way to improve the
multithreading
performance on 2.2.16-22 kernel
or is there some
kind of patch for
it.
Please let me know, if anyone
any idea on it.
