It's not you; I think Linksys has a buggy implementation of WEP that falls
out of sync. I have the exact same problem with mine, and Linksys
basically told me tough nougies unless I ran an all-Linksys all-the-time
network on Windows, so I just turned it off.
WEP is dreadfully insecure anyway. You'll be better off setting up the MAC
filtering on the Linksys, and using SSH, cipe, stunnel, or some such to
connect to your wired devices from the wireless end-station.
