You get a line of text that indicates that there is an attachment that
mutt cannot display internally. You can press [v] then [Enter] to launch
the assigned viewer or you can do what I do: press [Del] and move to the
next message.

MSN users are the biggest victims of this kind of mail client
misconfiguration. For some reason MSN does not include a text/plain part
by default.

It displays the text/plain part when reading and only includes the
text/plain part in the reply.
