When you say "add it to the domain" I assume you mean you want it to 
participate in a Windows domain.  RH won't "add" per se' to a domain.  
Domains are CIFS or SMB based. You can install Samba to make your RH machine 
available to other Windows machines (i.e. make shares available to Windows 
users) this will also make your system appear in the Network Neighborhood 
when someone browses for it. Otherwise, Linux is just a box on the network. 
You can use mount or smbclient to connect to Windows shares from Linux as 
well.
