Has anyone been able to use the Zaurus 5500 with RedHat 8.0, and if so, how?
When I connect it via USB I get the following:
Oct 19 12:37:08 localhost kernel: hub.c: USB new device connect on bus1/2/3,
assigned device number 7
Oct 19 12:37:08 localhost kernel: CDCEther.c: eth2: Sharp SL Series
Oct 19 12:37:08 localhost /etc/hotplug/net.agent: invoke ifup eth2
Oct 19 12:37:11 localhost /etc/hotplug/usb.agent: Setup acm CDCEther for USB product
4dd/8004/0
Oct 19 12:38:21 localhost kernel: usb.c: USB disconnect on device 7
Oct 19 12:38:21 localhost /etc/hotplug/net.agent: NET unregister event not supported
According to the kernel there is no eth2 device when I attempt to do ifconfig ....
